Status: Exempt Purpose: This position is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of all of MSJ's digital marketing efforts -- including but not limited to social media, email, digital targeting, search advertising as well as other digital marketing techniques. This position is responsible for generating content and managing the Mount's social media channels on a daily basis. Duties: Complete list of duties/responsibilities/tasks to be performed Identify and design digital marketing campaigns as directed by the VP of University Communications. Monitor and track progress and results of multiple campaigns and provide strategic insight for improvement or replication across other campaigns. Work with faculty, staff, and students to identify content that amplifies our brand and messaging to deliver through all of our social media channels to specified targeted audiences. Act as a liaison with outside vendors to make sure their efforts are aligned with each campaign objective. Develop metrics and reports that measure the effectiveness of our digital campaigns. Meet regularly with other divisions to report success and areas for improvement within each campaign. Monitor all social media activity. Develop a content calendar in conjunction with Chief Content Officer to make sure proper content is being generated in a timely fashion to the intended audience as outlined in the communication plan and individual campaign objectives. Other duties as assigned. Primary Contacts: This position will frequently be in contact with: Admissions staff Dean, Faculty, and Staff of each School within the University. Marketing and Communications Team Supervision Exercised: No supervision Supervision Received: This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications. This position will meet one on one weekly with supervisor and have a weekly staff meeting.
