If so, Guardian is seeking a Salesforce CRM Manager with demonstrated skills in marketing automation and technology, a keen attention to detail, and a knack to build trusted relationship with internal clients. As a Senior Manager, your responsibilities include: Create and execute industry-leading business transformation solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Pardot CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget). Project management as well as, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the digital marketing infrastructure and environment. Provide CRM subject matter expertise to stakeholders on key methodologies and approaches, advising leadership on the design of the future execution model, process and/or technology roadmap for marketing and sales capabilities. Design and lead development efforts leveraging SaaS platforms including Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Management, Multichannel Engagement, Digital Development Tools/Frameworks, CMS Frameworks. Manage programs and projects, communicate and execute capability development opportunities across multiple workstreams, functions, business lines and subsidiaries. Scope, build and manage project teams and initiatives across multiple priorities to align with budget and key operational metrics. Manage budgets, produce and manage robust operational metrics. Business partner engagement and satisfaction, translating business requirements into technical requirements. Ability to work independently, exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills, demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and initiative.
