Our equity analysts cover some 2,900 stocks; our economists, strategists and fixed income analysts cover all major regions and other asset classes around the globe.   Marketing Operations As part of Global Research, the Marketing Operations team leverages client data, predictive models, and automated digital delivery to target clients with relevant content and offers that drive readership, interactions, and revenue.  The team also designs and executes bespoke marketing campaigns for a variety of marketing catalysts: e.g., publication of a high-impact research report, launch of a new analyst, or release of a new research product.     We are seeking a  Marketing Analyst  or  Associate  who will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to successfully leverage all available marketing assets and tools to plan, deliver, and track campaigns.   Responsibilities: - Assist in design and delivery of research marketing campaigns, leveraging both predictive models and institutional knowledge/expertise to target the right clients with the right content at the right time   - Understand the full range of marketing assets (audio/video, email, predictive models, etc.) and their appropriate use-cases - Work cross-functionally to track and push to delivery each element of the marketing campaign - Monitor campaign performance and optimize effort (email, online, mobile, video/audio, etc.) - Report status and efficacy of all cross-channel marketing initiatives to senior management - Maintain data standards and procedures to ensure accurate reporting as new procedures  and technologies come online - Drive projects forward with minimum oversight across the full range of initiatives - Compile training documentation to help other team members get up to speed faster  - Support our video and audio producer to help drive additional research content to market
