Role Value Proposition:   The Marketing Analyst in the U.S. Acquisition Marketing, Digital Media team will be responsible for leveraging digital analytics and managing the day-to-day operations of the digital acquisition plans for the MetLife Brand that drives customer engagement and superior experience and positions MetLife as relevant, differentiated and forward thinking.   Key Responsibilities: Lead tagging and tracking strategy and implementation of all digital media acquisition plans (Display, Search, Social) Point of contact with analytics group and agency team to ensure data completeness of Digital Acquisition dashboards in Domo Lead Purchase Order management for digital media acquisition team Partner with analytics team to generate and analyze data to develop data/insight driven plan optimization recommendation Support 2019 integrated communications planning across all relevant marketing levers (i.e. Digital Media, CRM, Direct Mail, Television, Radio) Engage with cross-functional partners, including Analytics, Marketing Science, Communications and Data Sciences, to implement digital strategy and in-market plan Capture, collate and share digital learnings and best practices from and outside industry
