Summary   Responsible for digging into social media data and metrics, such as engagement rates, number of impressions, traffic, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Implements statistical techniques to analyze social media team’s results through appropriate tracking systems. Works with the Media Team to guide media buys ensuring KPIs for both departments are strategically aligned. Responsible for taking raw data and creating high level and in-depth reports based on audience. Oversees social listening and monitors online mentions and conversations around ANG brand, competitors, and industry trends.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   Work closely with the Social Media team to develop and implement a social media strategy that generates leads, grows followers and audiences, increases engagement, drives brand awareness Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities by monitoring and listening Determine posting frequency, optimal time of day, and content topics that foster high levels of engagement and interaction to grow audiences Work closely with Media Team to monitor the monthly paid social budget and optimize paid social campaigns for maximum return on investments Develop strategies to grow and create audiences that can be used to effectively target existing and potential members Implements strategies to encourage conversations, engagement, and grow our communities Monitor trends in social media tactics, tools, applications, channels, design and strategy Monitor and analyze organic social media performance weekly, focusing on key metrics such as channel growth, impressions, engagements, driving traffic and conversions; and tweaking strategy for optimal performance
