The Marketing Analyst leverages advanced analytics tools and data to design and deliver analyses and reports that respond to specific business needs. The Analyst also develops detailed analysis and provides insights to different teams within the Marketing department. This position plays a key role in generating recommendations for initiatives that are critical to the formulation and achievement of marketing objectives and strategies. This position will focus primarily on measurement, analysis, and reporting to optimize the company's loyalty programs to help achieve business goals.

Partner with internal and external resources to support loyalty program initiatives by executing digital analytics projects that enable flexible, efficient analyses and reporting on customer activities to provide insights and recommendations
Work closely with business users to design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc reports that track and measure specific loyalty marketing projects including branded web and/or mobile app initiatives, campaigns and brand team initiatives
