Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. WHAT YOU'LL DO

 

You will help grow BCG’s social media program aimed at engaging both candidates and employees on social media, work with local markets across BCG, and develop brand advocacy for the firm during this six-month contract. You will play an important new role in BCG's expanding Global Digital Marketing team. Job responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop BCG’s global careers and alumni and staff social media channels through curating content, writing post copy, creating graphics, and scheduling content
  • Develop and maintain best practices, guidelines, and tools for markets to leverage within their own social media efforts
  • Collaborate with larger localization team to identify and execute integrated cross-channel digital campaigns
  • Advise BCG's employees on how best to use social media
  • Execute global and local social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Source and curate content and identify opportunities for BCG’s #bcglife employee advocacy program
  • Work with the Global Social Media team in Boston to coordinate on major campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor the social media activity to ensure everything runs smoothly and operates efficiently

Job Requirements

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

 

  • Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in social media (global experience highly preferable)
  • Experience using enterprise social media management tools (i.e. Sprinklr)
  • Familiarity with social media advertising on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Proven passion and extensive knowledge of marketing and social media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills
  • Ability to think critically, analyze information, and make actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated skill in multi-tasking in a fast-paced, changing environment
