The Digital Marketing Specialist helps maintain the website and related digital platforms in support of business strategies and the Legacy brand.


The Digital Marketing Specialist makes content updates; assists with brand continuity and governance; troubleshoots issues with content authors; coordinates technical support with external vendors; assists with developing tip sheets and documents processes; pulls analytics reports; supports SEO efforts; and supports web project planning and implementation. The Digital Marketing Specialist may support work on other digital and social platforms as part of integrated marketing plans.

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.  Prefer degree in business, marketing, communications, digital/web or related field.



Minimum work experience: marketing related internship; or 6-12 months relevant experience (including volunteer experience); or demonstration of requisite skills and knowledge.  Experience with websites or other digital platforms required.

Experience in health care preferred, but not required.



  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, ability to coordinate resources, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and project-related issues. 
  • Ability to use clarifying questions and collaborative problem-solving to quickly identify needs or issues, understand appropriate options, implement solutions, and evaluate results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with internal and external people at all levels.
  • Competent with word processing software, digital content management systems, and other programs associated with marketing.
