The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist plans and implements digital media strategy – developing brand awareness and generating inbound traffic. Demonstrates a solid understanding of web standards, social media and best practices through proven experience with digital marketing and platform strategies. Accountable for digital campaign coordination and reporting, email marketing execution, website development/maintenance, BHS intranet, social media platform management, and digital performance. Interfaces with outside vendors, internal/external customers, senior management and colleagues/team.
Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
Minimum: Two years' experience in a progressive digital marketing role.
Preferred: Previous agency and/or digital healthcare marketing experience.
Strong creative writing and oral communication skills.
