Execute Baptist Health's presence across the digital and web landscape. This position is responsible for the coordination of various digital marketing strategies for many service lines across the organization.Strategies include search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, email marketing, mobile marketing and new developing marketing strategies. Responsible for an optimal user experience of Baptist Health's consumer websites and other digital properties, such as online listings and healthcare ratings sites. This position is also responsible for leading digital projects through a project life cycle: conceptual, requirements gathering, creative design, content collection, development, approvals, user acceptance testing and launch. Monitor and report on all web analytics and metrics. Works closely with other individuals in the Marketing & PR department and various outside vendors to create successful marketing strategies. Work closely with IT and other departments to deliver an optimal user experience.
Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: BA Bachelors, preferably in marketing or digital marketing. 2-4 years digital marketing experience. Experience and deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, mobile marketing and online display advertising. Experience using digital marketing tools/platforms, including Google Analytics and other major web analytics tools. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Experience working within an enterprise CMS system required. Basic proficiency with HTML and with the Adobe Creative suite (namely Photoshop and Dreamweaver) is preferred. Healthcare marketing experience is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong preference given to candidates with either Google certifications are a plus Minimum Required Experience: 2 Years
