Job Description

Beyond Yoga is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies and execution. You will own strategy and optimization of all media channels, manage development of digital marketing programs, media planning, and implementation of digital advertising and direct response initiatives. What you’ll do:
  • Drive strategy, execution and analysis of our digital marketing efforts
  • Build a scalable marketing plan for smart growth while expanding channel mix, and improving key customer KPI’s and overall profitability
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across all channels (Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Display) with a focus on driving positive near term returns
  • Drive business growth and overall revenue through media channels and advertising spend
  • Support the brand marketing team to ensure sales and margin goals are met through building full funnel marketing programs
  • Maintain and evolve a testing framework to expand our volume & pace of learning across the business
  • Report and analyze campaign performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and make recommendations for action and opportunities
  • Lead reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPIs (LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel ROAS targets, retention cohorts, customer churn feedback, etc.)
  • Manage partners to optimize and expand upon existing campaigns
  • Conduct experiments to constantly improve effectiveness of spend including optimizing campaign creative, copy and audiences
  • Synthesize and share campaign results, insights and best practices across the company
  • Champion best practices regarding the measurement of ad effectiveness, especially as it relates to marketing effectiveness and multi-channel campaign optimization

What you’ll need:
  • Minimum of 5 years heavily focused on customer acquisition, ideally in a B2C e-commerce digital-first brand in a fast growth environment and at scale
  • Very strong knowledge of Social Advertising, Paid Search (SEM), Display and Video.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing digital advertising programs from scratch
  • Direct Response and branded campaign experience, and have driven meaningful results in both
  • Understanding of the interplay between online/social and traditional channels
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with BI/Analytical tools including strong excel skills
  • Extensive knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, FB Ads Manager, etc.)
