Univision is seeking a data-driven, solutions-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for participating in the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns along with optimizing campaigns in real time and post-campaign reporting.
The successful candidate will understand how to build a winning campaign and launch from start to end. This individual must have great attention to detail, be proactive, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas. To be considered you must have experience in digital media buying, paid social media, and/or search marketing.
- Assists in the development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns on digital and social media platforms to increase viewership, enhance brand awareness, generate subscribers and increase market share
- Supports marketing managers and individual contributors in the revision and/or development of digital media marketing plans and materials
- Serve as an internal consultant for the Digital Marketing Department
- Manage internal inventory and traffic campaigns across Univision.com
- Tracks performance of digital programs and campaigns
- Submit creative request and work with internal design teams to produce display and rich media ads
- Increase campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization
- Use web analytics tools to perform in-depth analysis of conversions goals
- Aide in daily reporting and campaign presentations leveraging internal platforms
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Tend to ad hoc requests as needed by management
