Job Description


The Digital Marketing Coordinator should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, efficient in managing projects, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, effective at leading meetings, and must excel at writing and communicating. Ultimately, the Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives and exhibit critical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills.


Duties for the Digital Marketing Coordinator include tracking campaign progress, managing projects for the marketing team, organizing execution with cross-functional teams, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, managing the production and approval process, and handling general digital marketing activities.


Support all marketing initiatives

Implement integrated marketing plans across all vehicles

Create digital initiatives that will extend into sponsorships and other partnerships

Work with marketing team and agencies to create branded, relevant, traffic-driving campaigns

Support marketing and cross-functional teams by coordinating and collating content, as well as managing projects and implementation

Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities, and make recommendations for optimization

Manage approval processes and traffic all marketing and advertising to appropriate channels

Organize and streamline complex plans into user-friendly concepts

Manage applicable agency and vendor relationships, including invoicing and budgeting

Provide weekly status updates for all projects, and daily updates as needed

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids with key takeaways and recommendations for internal teams, including management

Edit marketing material

Develop and source content for digital platforms

Work with Consumer Relations Marketing systems

Job Requirements

Creative thinking skills and strategic planning are an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization's image, improving digital communication with guests, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.  Other requirements include

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent

One to two years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, project management, advertising or agency account work

Active on social media

Knowledge of Content Management Systems

Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.

Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail

Strong computer literacy

Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior

Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Knowledge of web analytics

Strong presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages.


Ability to remain in a seated position for sustained periods of time.

Must be able to lift or carry 30 pounds.
