We are looking for an analytical and creative Marketing Campaign Specialist to help develop our email and CRM program into a center of excellence for Fender. While you’ll largely focus on email campaigns that drive our eCommerce business, you’ll also be called on to work on a wide-variety of other campaign-based initiatives from Fender Tune in-app messages to launching new channels. You aren't intimidated by juggling multiple projects and have a sharp attention to detail; nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You are an adept problem solver and cross-functional communicator. You enjoy working with an energetic and goal-oriented team and are constantly seeking opportunities to learn and hone your marketing skills.

About the Job: 

  • Create and execute campaigns across email, push & in-app messaging and developing channels like SMS and direct mail
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team and others to successfully execute on project requests, ensure marketing best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with Creative team from creative brief through hand-off of final assets
  • Drive A/B and multi-variate testing and optimization of templates and campaign assets
  • Work closely with creative resources and stakeholders to develop campaigns and deliver high quality campaigns
  • Stay up-to-speed with laws and policies (eg. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA) as well as technology advances to optimize email and mobile campaign relevancy and delivery
  • Report on various CRM campaign metrics on a daily/weekly basis

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM/email marketing roles
  • Experience working in an eCommerce setting
  • Experience with marketing automation and batch campaigns
  • Ability to construct email campaigns with responsive design in HTML
  • Mobile/App experience a plus
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a sharp attention to detail
  • Effective cross-functional communication and organizational navigation
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and team-driven
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
